Find available vehicles instantly. The new app will display all available vehicles by proximity and time slots.
Edit your booking from the app
Extend the duration of your trip, edit dates and times and cancel your booking from the app, no need to call.
Take your keys with you
Unlock and lock the car with your personal PIN. You’ll find your car keys in the glove compartment so you can take them with you on your journey.

We have improved the speed and user experience of the app. Report damage and browse without waiting for content to load.

Yes, we will migrate your email from one platform to another and we will send you an email to reset your password when the time comes. You will have to upload your documentation again, but we promise it will only take a few minutes.
If you have automatic updates enabled on your device, you will find that our app has changed its appearance.
If you have automatic updates disabled, when you open the app you will be redirected to the iOS or Android store to download the new app.
You will find your next bookings in the new app. To start the rental, you will need to provide your details and documentation. If you need assistance, you can call or write to us at any time.
We will transfer your email address associated with your Muvon account, but not your password. You will receive an email with a temporary password and a link to change it for a new one.
In your new profile you will also find your payment methods associated with Muvon, as the payment gateway we use (Stripe) will not change. Your data will continue to be encrypted as before, linked to your email account.
Your documents (ID card, passport, driving licence) will not be transferred and for security reasons, we will ask you to provide them yourself again.
Your booking and billing history will not be transferred. We recommend that you download the necessary invoices or, if you need them, ask us to send them to you.
Yes, with the new app we have adapted our hourly rate system.
The new rate system includes a price for unlocking the vehicle.
For bookings of more than 9 hours, the price is the same as for bookings of 24 hours. In other words, from the ninth hour onwards, it is considered a 1-day booking.
From 24h of booking, the car rental is made by days, being the price of a 28h booking the same as a 48h booking.
From now on, our rates will become dynamic and the price may vary depending on the demand and availability of vehicles.

If you have credit in your Muvon account it will be transferred to your new profile so that you can continue to use it for your next bookings.
