How Muvon works
1. Register and book a vehicle
Download the app on your phone to register as a Muvon user. Complete the registration with your personal data, a photo of your driving license and a bank card.
Our team will verify that your details are correct and activate your registration in less than 24 hours. Once activated, you can reserve a car for the day and time you need it.
2. Access the parking and open the car
When the time comes to make your reservation, access the car park by calling the telephone number we have sent you by e-mail. Press the “start journey” button in the app to open the car with your phone.
Check that the car is in good condition and remember to return it in the same condition as you found it.
3. Drive and finish your booking
During your booking, press the “lock doors” button in the app to open and close the car as if it were the key. Make sure the car has enough battery power for your journey and for the next user.
When you have finished, return the car to the same point where you picked it up and end your reservation through the app. Check that the car is in good condition and check the vehicle return boxes. Don’t forget that this is a shared car: be punctual and leave the car clean and loaded.
