Unsubscribe from the Muvon app

We don’t want you to leave, but you can unsubscribe at any time and your data will be deleted. All you have to do is log in to the App from your mobile phone and follow the steps below:

1. Enter the App and access the MENU button. There, all the options enabled for your user will open:

 

2. Go to SETTINGS located at the bottom of the screen.
3. Once inside the settings you will have to slide the screen to the end and you will find the UNSUBSCRIBE button at the bottom of the screen.

4. When you access the UNSUBSCRIBE button, a pop-up window will appear in which you can confirm the deletion of the account. To unsubscribe you must click on the DELETE button.

 

Once the process has started, we will check your account to make sure that there are no outstanding amounts or rentals in progress or in the future. If everything is in order, we will proceed to delete your account and your data and contact you to confirm the deletion of your account.
